Shipping Policies
You can find our shipping guidelines here. The shipping costs per order are calculated automatically. For orders worth €300 or more, we'll give you free shipping! Until 299€, the shipping costs in Germany are 5,49€.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us via email notification with a tracking link. This allows you to track the delivery status of your order in real time. Please also check your spam folder if you do not find the notification directly in your inbox.
Delivery address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid any delays or issues with delivery.
Safe delivery
If you are not at home when delivery is made, the delivery person may leave a notification and try to deliver again or leave the package at a nearby branch.
Lost or damaged packages
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible. If the address details in the order process contain errors and are returned to us, the costs of the return and reshipment will be charged to the party responsible for the error.

Customs information
Please note that shipments to non-EU countries may incur additional costs due to taxes or customs duties. These fees must be paid directly to the relevant authorities in the respective country and are not part of our invoice when placing an order. You can obtain further information from the relevant local authorities. Delivery dates stated may vary due to local carriers or customs processing.
Return
You can change your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Simply contact our customer service for further assistance. If the purchase you made did not meet your expectations, we offer you the option of returning it. The return conditions are as follows:

The return must be made within the specified period: You have 14 days from the shipping date of your order to request the return using the contact form.

Once your contact has been answered by our team, you will be informed in the reply message that you have 7 days to complete the shipping (at your own expense).

Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. They must not be worn or contain traces of use (perfume or body scent, etc. pp).

Unfortunately, products in the Again & Again Drop category cannot be exchanged or returned.
If the item meets the above conditions, you will receive your money back within 14 days using the same payment method (excluding shipping costs).
