  • How can I place an order?
    You can place an order by adding the items you want to your shopping cart and then proceeding to checkout.
  • Can I change, cancel or return an order?
    Yes, you can cancel or change your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Simply contact our customer service for further assistance. If the purchase you made did not meet your expectations, we offer you the option of returning it. The return conditions are as follows: ​ The return must be made within the specified period: You have 14 days from the shipping date of your order to request the return using the contact form. Once your contact has been answered by our team, you will be informed in the reply message that you have 7 days to complete the shipping (at your own expense). Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. They must not be worn or contain traces of use (perfume or body scent, etc. pp). Unfortunately, products in the Again & Again Drop category cannot be exchanged or returned. If the item meets the above conditions, you will receive your money back within 14 days using the same payment method (excluding shipping costs).
  • When will I receive an order confirmation?
    An order confirmation will be automatically sent via email within a few minutes once you have placed your order. If you have not received an order confirmation 30 minutes after the successful payment process, please feel free to contact our customer service directly.
  • Is there a minimum order value?
    No, there is no minimum order value. However, if you order goods over €300.00 you save on shipping costs because they are then free.
  • Do I have to create a profile to order?
    No, you don't have to create a profile. However, it is particularly recommended if you want to create a wish list or manage your personal data for subsequent orders.
  • Which payment methods are accepted?
    We accept various payment methods. Some of these are: by credit card, KLARNA instant transfer, advance payment (bank transfer) and PayPal.
  • Can I order from abroad?
    You are welcome to order from abroad. In addition to the special shipping prices, please also note the customs information under the “Shipping information & exchange” section.
  • Which countries are delivered to and what are the shipping prices?
    We deliver to the following countries around the world: Belgium, Denmark, Austria, Estonia, Sweden, Bulgaria, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Malta, Luxembourg, Monaco, Latvia, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Australia, United States of America, United Kingdom, Russia, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Turkey, Finland, Hungary, Portugal. The shipping prices are calculated automatically based on the quantity of your order according to your delivery address before the checkout process.
  • My order is too small or too large for me. How can I make an exchange?
    Please contact our customer service. Our service staff will explain to you how to exchange two different sizes of a product.
